Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting our shop. Because our workshop deals with both ready-to-buy products and custom creations, our return policy depends on the type of item you purchased.

1. Bespoke, Custom-Made, and Made-to-Order Items

This includes all custom 3D prints (printed from your files or custom specifications), personalized plaster casts, and any bespoke commissions.

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or cancellations for bespoke or custom items once production has started, as these cannot be resold.
• Errors: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any files, text, dimensions, or custom specifications submitted are correct before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or reprints for customer errors.

2. Standard (Stock) Items

This applies only to pre-existing, standard models or designs selected directly from our store inventory (not customized or modified).

• Cooling-Off Period: You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it.
• Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be completely unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund if the item is lost or broken in transit.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

Every item is inspected closely, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, we will put it right.

• Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• If the item is verified as faulty, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
